How It Works

1. You Invest In One of Our Funds

When we've had the opportunity to speak with each other, asses if our investment criteria match, and confirm you are a qualified investor, you can invest in one of our funds.* Your investment entitles you to an annual percentage return on your initial investment in addition to repayment of your principal.* We work with accredited and non-accredited investors. This is not a stock or a REIT - you are a passive investor in one of our funds.

2. We Find Properties for Purchase and Resale

We analyze, find, and buy the properties that meet our market criteria. We manage all aspects of purchase, closing, marketing, and reselling the properties. We also manage all payments for buyers who choose terms sales. We take care of everything on the buy and sell sides of each transaction.

3. You Have the Option to Roll Your Investment Forward

Once the agreed upon repayment period is complete, you have the chance to roll your investment forward in a new fund.*
